An exhilarating hike to meet the four summits of the Hautes-Laurentides: summit of the Devil (783 m), summit of Belzébuth (749 m), summit of Garde-Feu (756 m) and summit of the Aube wall (740 m). m). The Festival de Lanaudière is the most important classical music festival in Canada, and it is one of the largest festivals of its kind in North America. The Super Glissades are tubes and rafting on two mountain slopes, 7 cross-country ski trails (classic and no skating), 3 snowshoe trails, an ice ring for skating, horse-sleigh rides (depending on traffic) and a merry-go-round for toddlers. On site, you will find a cafeteria, a restaurant, a bar and a dining room located in magnificent glass roofs.
Enjoy a beautiful sunny day at Golf MontcalmThe Montcalm Golf Club, certified four stars, is located near Rawdon, about twenty minutes from Chalets DesignPur and Villa Bianca. It offers you two magnificent golf courses with different challenges. The more classic signature La Seigneurie course is moderately hilly, with fairways defined by mature trees. The more modern Canton course requires precision to avoid water obstacles and forests.

Located about an hour from Montreal, this club primarily offers mountain golf. (Course: 18 holes - 6,000 yards - par 72). The St-Jean-de-Matha Golf Club of the Lanaudière Resort and Convention Center is very proud to be considered an essential golf course for Quebecers for 50 years now. During the winter, our site is transformed into super slides on tubes and rafting on snow. The Golf Club is located in the mountains with breathtaking panoramic views.

- Hiking at Mount Kaaïkop
In the Algonquin language, Kaaïkop means “bare, rocky, steep and high”. Formerly called Mount Legault, Mount Kaaïkop, at an altitude of 838 meters, is the third highest peak in the Laurentians. The grand tour offers a loop punctuated by splendid views of the other peaks in the region, including Montagne Noire and Mont Tremblant. We cross a dense forest of conifers before reaching its summit.

A classic for fall colors. The Grand Brûlé trail is a long climb punctuated by waterfalls, a beaver dam and several viewpoints over the village and Lake Tremblant. At the top, the most tired can take the gondola ($) or take one of the other trails that go down (Les Caps, 5 km, or the Vertigo, 6 km) or simply turn around. Parking fees at the Versant Sud Resort to be expected.

A round trip of less than 5 km with a rather modest elevation gain in a much less frequented sector of the park, what more could you ask for? From the belvedere, the panorama reveals an admirable view of the surrounding valleys. The ascent is made through a mature maple grove and the most attentive will note the presence of hemlocks, a rather rare species in this park. Starting point: Lac-de-L’Assomption picnic area, 15 km north of the L’Assomption information kiosk.

- An explosion of local flavors: the outstanding cuisine of L'Épicurieux
Located in the very pretty village of Val-David in the Laurentians, L’Épicurieux is a small neighborhood restaurant known for its fresh dishes and its menu that adapts to the seasons. The chef pays particular attention to fresh and local products, both in the dishes and in the desserts. The wine list is made up entirely of independent winegrowers. The beers, as well as all the alcohols used in the cocktails are made in Quebec.

La Terre des Bisons is a dynamic and innovative family farming business that has been working in the field of Large game reproduction since 1994. The farm, with an area of 400 acres, is located in Rawdon, a municipality in the Lanaudière region. It is an active and well-represented region in the agro-tourism sector. Their herds of grazing bison and elk are constantly changing and each spring the herd grows larger with the arrival of small calves and fawns.
Lachine CanalThe manicured walking and cycling path that snakes along the Lachine Canal from Old Montreal all the way into Lachine is a fantastic way to shake a leg within the city, with views of water throughout and lots of people watching, too. A good starting point is at the corner of McGill and de la Commune, then walk westward for as far as you like on one side before crossing one of the bridges to loop back on the other side. For a 2-hour walk, make Atwater Market your goal from McGill and de la Commune, grab a picnic lunch and go.

L'Abbaye Val Notre-Dame Store, located in Saint-Jean-de-Matha, brings together a wide variety of local products. Wednesday evenings after 5 p.m. and every first Sunday of the month are free at the McCord Museum. - Montreal Museum of Contemporary Art (MAC)
For more than 50 years, the Montreal Museum of Contemporary Art (MAC) has been THE museum dedicated to contemporary art in the country. In a collection of nearly 8,000 permanent works is the work of prolific Quebec artists such as Geneviève Cadieux and Jean-Paul Riopelle, in addition to international artists such as Lorna Simpson and Wangechi Mutu. In preparation for a $44 million renovation that will double the size of the museum by 2023, the MAC has moved into a temporary site on Place Ville-Marie and is organizing temporary exhibitions in various other the city.

Originally built as a velodrome for the 1976 Olympic Games, the Montreal Biodôme is now a nature museum. Visitors navigate through four distinct ecosystems, all from North America: a tropical forest, a Laurentian forest, a marine ecosystem of the St. Lawrence and a subpolar region. In addition to plant species, the museum is also home to a wide variety of animals, including macaws, frogs, penguins, and even a capybara.

Note, however, that we ask our customers to bring their snowmobiles on a platform in order to respect the tranquility of the neighboring chalets, and to use snowmobiles outside the estates, on the trails provided for this purpose.
- Visit the Louis-Cyr Museum
From your first steps in Maison Louis-Cyr, you will be immersed in the universe of the strong man thanks to the interior design of period pieces. Presented in French and English, the visit of the main exhibition will allow you to discover various aspects of Louis Cyr's life, from his childhood to his circus life, including his travels and his exploits. Open since the summer of 2015, the 2nd floor of the house reveals the private apartments of the strongman (period reconstructions of the bedrooms and the bathroom) in addition to reserving a prime seat, when the opportunity arises, for temporary exhibitions and activities.

You’ll know this park as the lively site of La Ronde amusement park, Formula One Grand Prix and music festivals galore including Osheaga, but it’s also a verdant escape from the city buzz. On any day when it’s not the site of some extraordinary event, this island park is a haven located just a few metro stops away from downtown Montreal, packed with paths and trails and surrounded by the St. Lawrence. Our Treetop walk at Sentier des cimes Laurentides is a new truly unique way to take in scenic views from above the trees. You will start the walk along a path that winds through the forest and up to the treetops. The nearly one-kilometre path leads to the observation tower that rises 40 m (equivalent to a 12-storey building) above the forest to offer a stunning bird’s eye view of the Laurentian forests and mountains.
